The nation's progress is impeded. Individual unrest exists. It becomes tense. The labourers' struggle to make a living is an issue. They are unable to even eat. The workers won't be paid if the strike is unsuccessful. Some employees might even be fired. The public is also affected by the strike. They are forced to suffer because they cannot meet their daily needs as a result of the drop in productivity. Employers are required to pay workers' wages if the strike is successful. This has an impact on them.
The strikes have been a widespread issue throughout history. Students, professors, and corporate employees in Nepal also go on strike in addition to the mill workers. The only effective option to satisfy the demands is to go on strike. Strikes should not be taken when negotiations may resolve the issues.
