The employees go on strike to get their demands met. When their demands are not met through conversation, they go on strike. All around the world, it has been widespread.

strike. In the 20th century, England was its birthplace. Many industries were established in England as a result of the industrial revolution. There were thousands of employees. The owners of the plant made their employees work extremely hard for little pay. The factory owners profited greatly from the labour of the employees. However, the workers' financial situation was really dire. They received poor treatment. The employees could not put up with this. They started combining. They were aware of the importance of unity. They came to understand that a united voice is heard more often than a lone voice. Thus, they established their union. They were able to meet their demands thanks to their combined force. The first strike in Nepal occurred in a jute mill in Biratnagar during the Rana Regime. Today, it is widespread in Nepal. There are strikes by teachers, students, and corporations like banks. Unions for government workers have been established. They go on strike to get what they want.

Strikes have a variety of causes. There is always some disagreement between the employer and the employee. The employee wants improved amenities, but the company wants to reduce their availability.

The workers expect the employers to treat them better. Thus, the workers speak up for improved amenities and considerate treatment from the employers. Additionally, the workers demand fair treatment from the employers. They cannot put up with favouritism from their employers. They therefore start the strike in an effort to get fair treatment and evaluation transparency. Even the political parties in Nepal encourage employees to strike.

Both advantages and disadvantages apply to strikes. More amenities could be advantageous for the workers. They cannot be mistreated by their employers. Employers receive the same treatment. Their honour is preserved. They are eager to get to work. The production rises as a result. The institution has a chance of success. It also has some drawbacks. It has an impact on production. The nation's progress is impeded. Individual unrest exists. It becomes tense. The labourers' struggle to make a living is an issue. They are unable to even eat. The workers won't be paid if the strike is unsuccessful. Some employees might even be fired. The public is also affected by the strike. They are forced to suffer because they cannot meet their daily needs as a result of the drop in productivity. Employers are required to pay workers' wages if the strike is successful. This has an impact on them.

The strikes have been a widespread issue throughout history. Students, professors, and corporate employees in Nepal also go on strike in addition to the mill workers. The only effective option to satisfy the demands is to go on strike. Strikes should not be taken when negotiations may resolve the issues.
