'New Nepal', A Distant Dream For The Nepalese
Being a Nepalese citizen seems to be the most difficult situation today. Our country has never been able to get out of its problems and it seems that the problems are never going to end. May it be political, economic or social; our country is facing the development of each and every field. Moreover, the leaders are so busy fulfilling their personal desires that they have to think for the betterment of their country. As a result, the citizens are victimized and they have to suffer all these problems.
The toil of the Nepalese seems to have gone in vain. After the people's revolution of 2062/63 B.S, there was hope in each and every heart, that now, the situation of the country would improve. There is the formation of a 'New Nepali' which would have no place for violence or harm and no bounds for development. People had dreamt of a country where there would be peace spread everywhere. But looking at the present situation of the country, the dreams that the Nepalese have dreamt sound like false ones. Now, people have started to believe that peace is afraid of our country and doesn't want to rest here.
Then who are the ones to solve the problem of our country? The leaders seem to be increasing the problems instead of finding solution to them. So, now, our country is in need of such people, who think of their nation as their mother and are ready to die for the sake of the nation. Our country doesn't want the people who are willing to divide it but those who can unify the entire citizen and lead the country to the path of progress. Our country needs people, who have nothing to think about except the welfare of the country. If such people become the leaders of our country, then they will surely make our country a better place to live.
