CO-OPERATION IS THE PRESENT NEED.
The community is indeed a large form of family. The size of the families grows when children are born. It is unmanageable, so it is divided and another family comes into existence. Thus, the number of families goes on increasing. This is what happens with every family of different castes and eventually a community of several castes is formed. So, community is the combination of families. Each family is a part of the community and community sentiments bind all the families.
Community life is based on mutual help and co-operation. One family helps another family though there is family interest. Help and co-operation are of almost all kinds. For instance, if a man is seriously ill, and needs immediate help or hospitalization, as other family comes to help the sick man's family. Someone calls a taxi for him, someone helps the sick man get into the taxi, someone goes with him to the hospital and someone attends him in the hospital.
Such co-operation between families is part of society. This sort of practice is the breath of the people's life. Extending co-operation is considered as duty and social dignity in the community.
Thus, this leads to goodwill and national unity. Hence, it helps to run the socioeconomic and political development of the nation smoothly and to orient the nation towards progress. Finally yet importantly, co-operation is the present need.
